Refund and Returns Policy
At SWARAYS EVENT SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide the best event management services and ensure your experience is seamless. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. General Policy
- All payments made for event packages are generally non-refundable, as our services involve prior planning, vendor bookings, and resource allocation.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where SWARAYS EVENT SERVICES is unable to provide the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- If you choose to cancel your event, any refund will depend on the package terms and notice period:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event may not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
3. Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your event instead of canceling, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests should ideally be made at least 15 days before the original event date.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the new date and event requirements.
4. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for changes in client circumstances, such as change of mind, personal emergencies, or weather-related issues, unless explicitly agreed.
