At SWARAYS EVENT SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their event bookings by submitting a written request via email or official communication.
  • The refund (if applicable) and charges depend on the timing of the cancellation:
    • 30 days or more before the event: Eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable costs.
    • Less than 30 days before the event: Refunds may not be provided, as significant planning and vendor arrangements have already been made.

2. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

  • If you wish to reschedule your event, please inform us at least 15 days before the original event date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the new event date and package requirements.

3. Cancellation by SWARAYS Event Services

  • In rare cases, SWARAYS may need to cancel an event due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., vendor unavailability, unforeseen emergencies).
  • If this occurs, clients will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative date or package, based on mutual agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds or cancellations will not be honored for client circumstances such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal emergencies
    • Weather-related issues (unless otherwise agreed)

5. How to Cancel

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing via email or official communication.
  • Our team will review your request and respond with the applicable charges and refund (if any).
